Libertarian Presidential Candidate Jo Jorgensen Ballot Access Nearing 50 States and DC

Deadlines are approaching for the Libertarian Party, Jo Jorgensen and running mate Spike Cohen to achieve 50 states plus DC for the 2020 election. With the recent submission of petitions in Minnesota, Iowa, and Maine the libertarian party now has 4 states remaining with looming deadlines.

It is very common for election officials to challenge every signature for validity, therefore Libertarians try to collect at least double the required signatures to ensure Jo Jorgensen ballot access as well as for all down-ticket 2020 candidates. The Green Party candidate Howie Hawkins is currently facing challenges to his campaign petitions for this very issue. As well as other technicalities in Wisconsin.
